Really happy with the customer service I receive from this business. I have used them twice and will only use them going forward ( for my Burlington purchases). The first time, I had called and was politely assisted through the process. The second time I used their online option and it was very user friendly and quick. I was notified that they were out of the vase that was in the picture and asked my permission to replace it with an alternative. I really appreciated that. The woman I gifted the arrangement to said it was one of the nicest she has ever seen. The quality of the flowers and greenery are top shelf.

The arrangement that my daughter and her husband and new baby received was lovely! The colours were pretty. It was delivered as promised. I’m very pleased with the overall experience and would highly recommend Marianna’s Flowers. By the way, I saw an arrangement from another company and the one I sent was far superior!!
